Privacy Policy for Gillade jag den? (Did I Like It?)

Gillade jag den? helps you remember what you thought of things, and why. This policy explains what data the app handles and what your rights are.
Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is Hidden Logic AB, reg. no. 559128-9086, operating as Studio Stensson, Oskarsgatan 32, 467 30 Grästorp, Sweden. Contact: integritet@studiostensson.se.
What data do we handle?
Account data. When you create an account, we store your email address and an encrypted hash of your password. Your actual password is never stored. We also store technical data needed for sign-in, such as a user ID, the date the account was created and the time of your last sign-in.
Your content. We store what you add to the app: item names, ratings, "Why?" comments, categories, tags and images.
Family profiles. If you use family mode, we store the names, colours, emojis and any images you enter for other people. These people do not get accounts, and the data is visible only to you.
Data on your device. The app stores your sign-in session and chosen language locally on your device. The app does not use cookies.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, location or any other information about you.
Why do we process the data?
We process the data to provide the app: to let you sign in, to store and display your content, and to send a confirmation email when you register. The legal basis is performance of our agreement with you. Technical logs, such as IP addresses, may be processed briefly for operation and security, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Family profiles and data about others
If you enter information about other people, you are responsible for making sure they are fine with it. Consider using first names or nicknames, and do not enter sensitive information about others, such as health details.
Where is the data stored?
Data is stored by our subprocessor Supabase, via Lovable Cloud, on servers in London, United Kingdom. The European Commission has recognised the UK as providing an adequate level of data protection, so the transfer is permitted under the GDPR.
Do we share your data?
No. We never sell your data and do not share it with other users or companies. Our processors are the only exception: Supabase (database, authentication, image storage and confirmation emails) and Lovable (hosting). They process data only on our behalf. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Analytics and advertising
The app contains no advertising and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
How is the data protected?
All communication is encrypted. The database is built so that each user can only access their own content. Images are stored privately and shown only to you through temporary links.
How long is data kept?
We keep the data for as long as you have an account. Items, profiles or images you delete are removed immediately. If you delete your account, the account and all associated content, including images, are removed. Data may remain in backups for a limited time before it is overwritten automatically.

Children
The app is not intended for children under 13.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification of or erasure of your data. You also have the right to request restriction of processing, to object to processing and to receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability). Contact us at integritet@studiostensson.se.
You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se, or with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. We will notify you in the app of significant changes.
