Privacy Policy for On the Fridge

On the Fridge (Kylskåpsdörren) is a household planning app with a shopping list, calendar, children's weekly boards, to-do notes, routines, meal plan and budget.
Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is Studio Stensson, Hidden Logic AB, reg. no. 559128-9086. Questions about personal data: integritet@studiostensson.se.
What data is stored?
- For adults: name and email address.
- For children: name, colour, schedules (such as shared custody), activities, bedtimes and wake-up times and, if the parent chooses, a photo.
- The household's shopping list, calendar, to-do notes, routines, meal plan and budget.
Children do not have their own account or email address. A parent links their devices using a code.
Why do we process the data?
We process the data solely to make the app work for your household. The legal basis is performance of a contract. We do not sell data, show advertising or track you.
Where is the data stored?
Data is stored by our subprocessor Supabase, via Lovable Cloud, on servers in Dublin, Ireland (within the EU).
Children's photos are kept in private storage accessible only to the household.
AI
AI is used only to read the school meals: when you fetch the municipality's meal plan (PDF or web page), it is sent to OpenAI via Lovable so that the dishes can be read out. Processing may take place in the United States. The meal plan is the municipality's public document and contains no personal data about you or your child. No names, photos or other data from the app are sent to AI.
Sharing
Data is shared only within your household. If you choose to start a shared-custody collaboration, only the children's information is shared with the other parent's household.
How long is data kept?
We keep the data for as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, your account data is removed. If you are the last adult in the household, all household content is also removed. If other adults remain, they retain the household's shared content.
How to delete your account: In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also email integritet@studiostensson.se from the email address registered to your account. We delete the account within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain, correct and delete your data. Contact integritet@studiostensson.se.
If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se.
